Man drowns in western Kazakhstan

ASTANA. August 24. KAZINFORM A 40-year-old man drowned while swimming in the Chagan River in the city of Uralsk in western Kazakhstan, Kazinform has learnt from the press service of the Ministry for Emergency Situations.
The body was discovered and pulled out of the water by a lifeguard unit of the Western Kazakhstan regional emergency department.
