ASTANA. May 2. KAZINFORM - In Kazakhstan there is still a serious problem of growing number of false businesses, informed the chairman of the Audit Committee of Kazakhstan for the execution of the republican budget Aslan Musin at the presentation of the Report on the implementation of the republican budget for 2012 - annex to the report of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"It should be noted that one of the major problems is the growing number of false enterprises, which also has a negative impact on the efficiency of tax administration. Thus, in the year judicial authprities found 175 false legal entities. As a result, about 3 thousands of contractors have reduced their tax liabilities due to transactions made with by-night firms. As a result, the total amount of taxes not received by the budget amounted to KZT 63 billion, " said A. Musin.
