Majilis Speaker meets Spanish Ambassador

At the meeting U.Mukhamedzhanov noted that Spain is one of the key partners in Europe of Kazakhstan. According to him, the interparliamentary contacts made their contribution to development of partnership relations between the two states. ?We express gratitude to Spain for active promotion of our application for the OSCE chairmanship. The issues on signing the Treaty on strategic partnership between the two states are working out. It will be important step for further strengthening bilateral relations?, the Speaker said. The Ambassador noted that the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs prepares to visit Kazakhstan. According to him, the King of Spain and the Spanish Chairman of the Government lay a big emphasis to this visit. ?There are big prospects for our relations development in different spheres, including the technology, culture and education spheres?, the Ambassador emphasized.
