"Ratification is always an important step towards rapprochement of international relations, since it provides legal support for international agreements of the Head of State. The result is that Kazakhstan is increasingly integrated into the international community," said Nigmatulin.

The plenary meeting approved the bills "On ratification of the amendment to the Agreement establishing the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, mandating the use of special funds in the recipient countries and in the countries of potential recipients" and "On ratification of the amendment to the Agreement establishing the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development authorizing its operations in the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean."

Nigmatulin noted the importance of the bills for the further development of our country's cooperation with the EBRD.
