Majilis approves ratification of CSTO agreement on military products

ASTANA. February 22. KAZINFORM Today at its plenary session the Majilis has approved the draft law "On ratification of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Agreement on the development, production, operation, repair, modernization and life extension and utilization of military products."
The Agreement, signed on 10 December 2010 in Moscow, defines priorities, order and conditions of interactions between the parties in such areas as development, testing and production of military products, maintenance of weapons and military equipment, repair and modernization of weapons and military equipment, utilization of exhausted weapons and military equipment. The interaction of the parties is based on the programs of military-technical and military-economic cooperation.
