Majilis approves bill protecting children from information harmful to health & development

ASTANA. December 18. KAZINFORM - Majilis has approved in the first reading the draft law "On protection of children from information harmful to their health and development".
The bill is designed to provide protection of children's rights in accordance with the generally recognized principles and norms of the international law aimed at ensuring information security for children.
The bill provides for consolidation of special requirements for the content of information products designed for children of different age groups with regard to their psycho-physiological characteristics.
