Majilis approved ratification of European Agreement supplementing Convention on Road Signs and Signals

ASTANA. January 26. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament approved the draft Law "On ratification of the European Agreement Supplementing the Convention of Road Signs and Signals opened for signing in Vienna on November 8, 1968".
"The main purpose of the Agreement is unification of the traffic rules regarding road signs, signals and road markings by its participants as well as facilitation of the international road traffic and improvement of road safety", Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Amantay Kurenbekov said presenting the bill.
