Main results of opinion polls regarding referendum

ASTANA. January 27. KAZINFORM During January 2011 a number of Kazakh organizations held a public poll on the attitude of citizens to the initiative on holding a referendum to extend the powers of the Kazakhstan President till 2020.
In case of a positive decision on holding a referendum 85% of respondents are willing to participate in the voting.
93% of respondents support the initiative on holding the referendum to extend the powers of Kazakhstan President N. Nazarbayev till 2020.
