Lukashenko wants foreign currency spending under control

The President demanded that non-vital expenses should be curtailed.

The head of state warned about the responsibility for raising prices without justification. In his words, prices must be under strict control. No price surges can be allowed. The President believes that providing the necessary social protection for the people is the key task of the government.

"Work like you mean it and don't offend people. Every man has a life and he wants to live it normally and wants his children to live normally. It is necessary to preserve people's trust," the President said.
