TRIPOLI. May 16. KAZINFORM Libya's military spokesman Colonel Milad Hussein al-Fiqhi was killed Sunday during a NATO raid that targeted an intelligence building in the Libyan capital Tripoli, Al-Arabiya news channel quoted a source as saying. Kazinform refers to China Daily.
"Colonel Fiqhi is most probably responsible for the crimes took place in Zawiyah town," Khaled al-Warfali from the opposition told al-Arabiya in a phone call.
Earlier, NATO raided Bir al-Ghanam and al-Egila areas southwest of Tripoli.
The attacks led to civilian casualties, the Libyan news agency said without giving further details. Kazinform cites China Daily. See www.chinadaily.com.cn
