ASTANA. January 16. KAZINFORM. /Rassul Bakhamov/ "Along with creation of new integration unions including the Customs Union the legal environment changes quite radically. It is very important that specialists of the Justice Ministry do not make mistakes while preparing documents. We should be able to protect interests of our state and address the tasks set by the President", Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has said at the Justice Ministry's board meeting today.

He noted that on January 1, 2012 Kazakhstan and its partners by Customs Union will start formation of the Single Economic Space.
"A major part of national functions is transferred to the national unions. Thus the Ministry of Justice should pay special attention to the preparation of legal acts connected with the abovementioned issues", Mr. Massimov noted.
He stressed that any government out of the three states can not update legislation independently. This is a prerogative of the Customs Union.
