Leading parties of 14 countries met in Astana

Representatives of lthe eading parties of 14 countries took part in the workshop the main purpose of which is to work out the ways of meeting the modern challenges and threats to the international security, world financial crisis and expansion of inter-party contacts. First Vice Chairman of the party Darkhan Kaletayev noted the modern global challenges require accurate response which are free of past stereotypes. The leading parties, forming the basic element in the political system of their countries must be able to offer effective ways to oversome the current conditions. At the end of the workshop Memorandums on cooperation were signed with the ?Union for a Popular Movement? Party (France) and ?Ak zhol? National Party of Kyrgyzstan. Also, there were held meetings between D.Kaletayev and First Deputy Head of the ?United Russia? fraction Arthur Chilingarov, and the Deputy Head of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Central Committee of the Communists party of China.
