A. Rau noted that there were some facilities that could not be finished on schedule, including a pasta factory in Kostanay Oblast, an aerate concrete plant in Mangystau Oblast and two additional aerate turbines at Kumkol station in Kyzylorda Oblast.
Besides, the Vice Minister emphasized there were some projects that akimats were planning to launch earlier. 'These are the projects that were scheduled for the second half of the year, but due to forced work will be launched earlier, July 1, 2010', A. Rau said.
