Latvian observers positive on Apr 3 presidential elections in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. April 4. KAZINFORM /Zhanna Korkitova/ The observers from Latvia say that the presidential elections in Kazakhstan were legitimate. Deputy of Latvia's Saeima Ivan Klementjev mad it public at a briefing in Astana today.
Yesterday I. Klementjev visited several voting stations in Astana and Karaganda cities.
"I think the elections were legitimate and fair. The Republic of Kazakhstan has made its choice, right choice. I wish you success", the Latvian representative said.
I. Klementjev pointed high voter turnout within the presidential elections. "Half of voters in Karaganda city had arrived to the voting stations by 11:00 a.m. That is a good indicator", he added.
