'Labour Patent' to be introduced for foreigners in Kazakhstan

According to him, the bill is currently in the Senate of the Parliament. As part of it there is also an initiative of introducing fingerprint records of migrant workers.

"There are also activities concerning creation of migration police information system to monitor compliance with the requirements for migratory citizens of Kazakhstan, foreigners and companies, as well as providing other information in the field of migration. That will increase the efficiency of the control of migration flows", said Deputy Minister.

In the competence of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan are now functions related to the fight against illegal migration, integration and alien registration, documentation and registration of the population, and the work with refugees.
