Labor Ministry proposes to tighten control over proper use of allocated funds – Road Map

ASTANA. January 25. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakh Ministry of Labor and Social Protection proposed to tighten control over the proper use of budgetary funds allocated for the Road Map in 2010; Head of the Ministry Gulshara Abdykalikova has said it today at the teleconference of the Kazakh Government.
"We propose to systematize the control activity over the proper use of allocated funds. I think for this purpose it is necessary to develop common approaches concerning auditing by the bodies of financial control jointly with akimats", she explained.
G. Abdykalikova also noted that members of the Tender Committee must be those possessing knowledge in this field. Independent experts, representatives of the community and NGOs must be included in the committee on acceptance of completed work.
Speaking about key objectives she noted that in the process of state procurement procedures within the Road Map projects the priority attention must be paid to those companies which are able to provide people with permanent jobs.
