KZT 40 bln to back small and medium businesses of Astana

ASTANA. March 10. KAZINFORM. KZT 40 bln out of KZT 275 bln have been budgeted as government aid for small and medium businesses in Astana, Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov announced in today's meeting with the city agencies, Akimat?s press service informed.
?We have determined the amounts and ways of help within the Memorandum between the Akimat and SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund. The working group of the Akimat has received more than 700 applications from small and medium businesses for loans to the amount exceeding KZT 80 bln?, Tasmagambetov said.
The Mayor assigned the Entrepreneurship Agency and districts? akimats to make schedules of bank procedures and control applications processing.
