PAVLODAR. January 11. KAZINFORM KZT 13.5 bln was forwarded to the Pavlodar petrochemical plant modernization in 2013, its press service informs.
The main goal of the plant to date after its reconstruction is to master manufacturing practice meeting the world standards. Besides, the plant plans to produce diesel fuel in compliance with emission class K5, and petroleum in compliance with emission class K4.
