ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Kyzylorda-Pavlodar road is closed for all types of vehicles in Karaganda region due to bad weather (blizzard, ice-slick), the committee for emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan informs.
