The Tourism Development Fund reported that Gallops is a unique equestrian marathon in the Paris-Dakar format, which is a team competition on orientation and endurance. Over 5 days, participants will cover about 200 km across the vast expanses of Kyrgyzstan, testing their riding skills, fortitude, self-discipline and team unity.

The project brings together 100 riders from more than 15 countries, including VIP participants - actors, celebrities and representatives of royal families. However, Gallops is not just a competition. It is not about records, but about friendship, the spirit of adventure and unity with nature.

As an elite international event, Gallops attracts great interest from the world media. The project will provide the Kyrgyz Republic with wide coverage in the international press, documentaries and social networks, attracting the attention of travelers and lovers of active recreation.

The project has already been held four times with great success and a high level of support. In 2014, Gallops in Oman was held under the patronage of His Majesty the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said. In 2018, the marathon took place in Morocco with the support of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. In 2019, Gallops was held in India  under the patronage of the Maharajas of Mandawa and Jaipur. And in 2021, project received support of the Royal Family of Jordan, and Her Royal Highness Princess Jalila bint Ali competed for the Jordanian national team.

Now Kyrgyzstan is becoming part of this prestigious story, opening its mountainous expanses and nomadic culture to participants from all over the world.
