Kyrgyzstan scraps visas for 44 states

BISHKEK. June 14. KAZINFORM Kyrgyzstan's parliament approved a draft law on Thursday scrapping entry visa requirements for the citizens of 44 states for stays of less than 60 days, in a bid to stimulate tourism and trade.

The new law applies to countries with a GDP per head of more than $7000, including almost all Western European states, Bahrein, Brunei, the Baltic States, Canada, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the United States, Kazinform quotes RIA Novosti.
