Kyrgyzstan's political crisis became serious test for OSCE - N. Nazarbayev

ALMATY OBLAST. July 17. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ The political crisis in Kyrgyzstan has become a serious test for the OSCE. President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said it opening the informal summit of the OSCE Foreign Ministers today.
According to N. Nazarbayev, underdeveloped economy, poverty, weakness of power and instability of democratic institutions became the major reasons of the riots in the country within the past five years.
As the President noted, Kazakhstan's efforts coordinated together with the world leaders prevented in fact large-scale civil war in the country.
