Kyrgyzstan's Otunbayeva sent telegram of congratulations to Kazakh President

BISHKEK. July 7. KAZINFORM /Arnur Rakhymbekov/ Roza Otunbayeva has sent a telegram of congratulations to President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the occasion of his birthday; the Kyrgyz President's press service reports.
"Let me to congratulate you on your birthday. Significant achievements of modern Kazakhstan are closely associated with your name. You managed to put Kazakhstan on a path of modernization, join a list of developed countries.
We sincerely rejoice in your success. We wish strong cooperation and interaction between our peoples. I wish you, Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev, health and further success in your state activity for the benefit and prosperity of Kazakhstani people," the message reads.
