Kyrgyzstan ratifies a number of CSTO and CIS documents

BISHKEK. May 28. KAZINFORM. /Vladimir Dobrovolsky/ Deputies of the Kyrgyz Parliament (Zhogorku Kenesh) have approved a number of international agreements; Kazinform refers to the Kyrgyz Parliament?s press office.
They adopted a draft law ?On ratification of the agreement on creating a system of management of the forces and means of the collective security system of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which was signed in Dushanbe on 6 October 2007. The bill is aimed at ensuring effective functioning of forces and means of the collective security system in time of peace or war for adequate security incidence response.
Besides, the deputies ratified the Convention on transborder cooperation of the CIS member states as of October 10, 2008. The document was worked out to ensure collaboration of the member countries in the sphere of protection of national interests, creation of conditions for investments attraction on border territories, simplification of border, customs and migration control.
