Korean Diaspora marks 20th anniversary of Karaganda branch of Kazakhstan Korean Association.

 "The culture gives an opportunity to declare the Diaspora's honor. The most important is that during 20 years we develop progressively", Deputy Chairman of the Karaganda Regional People's Assembly of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the regional branch of the Kazakhstan Korean Association Liliya Kim. She emphasized that such development became probable owing to Kazakhstan's state policy directed to strengthening interethnic concord.
