KMG obtains 60% stake in production sharing agreement for Dunga oilfield

KazMunayGas national company has announced the completion of the purchase of 100% of shares in the authorized capital of Total E&P Dunga GmbH from TotalEnergies EP Danmark A/S (TotalEnergies’ subsidiary) as well as the ownership rights in the Dunga subsoil use project in accordance with the purchase contract signed previously between KMG and TotalEnergies EP Danmark A/S, Kazinform Agency cites the press service of KazMunayGas.
The sides point out that the deal once again demonstrates the full mutual understanding between the companies in different areas of cooperation.
Earlier it was reported that France's investor would help develop a wind plant in Kazakhstan's Zhambyl region.
