KMG forecasts twofold growth in 2010 income

ASTANA. January 24. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ "KazMunayGas National Company JSC forecasts its 2010 income at KZT 284 bln that is twofold higher against 2009," Head of the Company Kairgeldy Kabyldin informed of it at the sitting of the board of SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund today.
According to him, the Company observes "firm tendency to growth". "The country produced 22 mln tons and processed 13.7 mln tons of oil last year", he said.
K. Kabyldin noted that the daughter companies of the Company - KazTransGas and KazTransOil - ensured transportation of all volumes of oil and gas in Kazakhstan in 2009.
