Kiev to host 6th CIS Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia

The forum is organized with the support of the Intergovernmental Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation. The theme is Historical and Cultural Heritage of the CIS.

Participants of the forum will discuss the topics: "Taras Shevchenko: creativity and intercultural dialogue" and "Mikhail Lomonosov: the scientific and creative heritage". Various discussions, round tables are also to be held at the forum. They are: "Education, science, technology and innovation development", "Healthy lifestyle, environment and natural-reserve fund", "Historical and cultural heritage and cultural tourism", "Classic and contemporary art", "Literature, publishing, translation", "Information technology and communication".

The award ceremony for young scientists from the CIS countries, who became laureates of the «Cooperation of Debuts» contest, will be held during the forum.

Final resolution and topic-related recommendations will be compiled subsequent to the results of the discussions.
