Khorgos and Aktau must become Kazakhstan's open gates - President

ASTANA. April 18. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Khorgos and Aktau must become the real free economic zones, the open gates of Kazakhstan. President Nursultan Nazarbayev said it at yesterday's extended session of the Government in Astana.
"We declared Astana a free economic zone and built it due this factor", the Head of State reminded.
"The Government must analyze all existing problems and remove all barriers. The free economic zones must function for investors by "one-stop-shop" principle", he stressed.
