ASTANA. KAZINFORM - HC Barys Astana have lost one position and are currently ranked 7th in the Eastern Conference of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), Kazinform has learnt from Vesti.kz.
Barys fell in the rankings after Ufa-based Salavat Yulaev snapped its four-game losing streak and downed HC Admiral 3:1. Thus, Salavat Yulaev earned 80 points and jumped to the 5th place in the East. Barys will play vs. HC Sibir in Novosibirsk tomorrow. Let's see if Barys players can earn points to improve their standing in the East. The match will start 7:00 p.m. Astana time.
