Kevin Dallman to sign new contract with Barys Astana?

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Canadian-Kazakhstani professional hockey player Kevin Dallman is expected to sign a new contract with Astana's Barys hockey club, Shaiba.kz web portal reports.
The contract will be signed prior to 2014 IIHF World Ice Hockey Championship that kicks off in Minsk on May 9. Dallman of HC SKA Saint Petersburg will join Kazakhstan's national team in Astana on April 22. At Minsk-hosted championship, Kazakhstan will play in one group with Finland, Russia, the U.S., Switzerland, Germany, Latvia, and Belarus. The defenseman's contract with the Saint Petersburg club expires on April 30.
