KazTransOil intends to pay shareholders 86% of net income

ASTANA. April 24. KAZINFORM - "KazTransOil" JSC is planning to pay dividends amounting to KZT 28,847,669,925 (tenge), which is 86% of its consolidated net income for 2012. This has been announced today by Kairgeldy Kabildin, the General Director of "KazTransOil" JSC, during a briefing in Astana.
According to him, this sum is significantly higher than previously promised dividends which supposed to be not less than 40% of the profits.
"If the issue is taken to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), there will be payments of KZT 75 per share beginning from 4th of July this year", said K. Kabyldin.
"In 2012 the net profit of the oil company was KZT 33.5 billion", concluded the General Director.
