KazNTU and Algonquin College of applied arts and technologies ink Memo of Understanding

ASTANA. June 13. KAZINFORM - Yesterday in Astana within the framework of the Eurasian Higher Education Leaders' Forum at Nazarbayev University has been endorsed a memorandum of understanding between the KazNTU (Kazakh National Technical University) and Algonquin College of applied sciences and technology (Canada).

"Algonquin college of applied sciences and technologies and KazNTU agreed to conduct activities that will strengthen communication and collaboration between the two sides. Its goal is providing international educational opportunities that promote advancement of both universities, " said the KazNTU Rector, academician Zheksenbek Adilov.

Areas of cooperation will include any courses, seminars or programs, they will be considered desirable and feasible from both sides, and will contribute to strengthening and progress of relations in the field of mutual activities.

Programs and services initiated by this memorandum are based on spirit of cooperation and mutual exchange of benefits for both sides.

On behalf of the Algonquin higher education institution the Document was signed by its president Kent McDonald, and on behalf of the Kazakh National University the signature was put by its Rector Zheksenbek Adilov.
