Kaznex Invest launched Unified Database of Investment Projects and Foreign Investors

ASTANA. January 26. KAZINFORM Under the order of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies National Agency for Export and Investments "Kaznex Invest" has developed the Unified Database of Investment Projects and Foreign Investors www.baseinvest.kz, the press service of the Ministry reported.
The base allows to monitor the status of investment projects involving foreign capital in the territory of Kazakhstan. The system includes a list of facilities in sectoral and regional reserves requiring investments.
Besides, the database provides a list of potential and existing investors divided by sectors and countries. It allows keeping record of all foreign investors participating in projects in Kazakhstan.
A procedure of registration and investors' input validation through the national investment website www.invest.gov.kz provides with an access to the database information. The information about projects at both the website and the database is provided in 11 languages.
