KazMunaiGas: Caspian Sea projects to increase oil mining 1.6 times by 2022

ASTANA. October 2. KAZINFORM KazMunaiGas JSC president Lyazzat Kiinov believes that the Caspian shelf development will lead to key reserves gain and hydrocarbon production.
"To achieve this goal the company realizes a number of joint geological survey projects with the Caspian Sea business partners and independently ashore," he said addressing the VII Kazenergy Eurasian Forum.
"The key role to increase hydrocarbon production on the Caspian Sea is given to the Kashagan project production phase startup," he added.
"Oil and gas condensate mining should rise by 1.6 times by 2022 against the analogous figures of the current year on the account of the oil projects on the Caspian Sea."
