Kazkosmos delegation returns from a working visit to the Netherlands

ASTANA. December 25. KAZINFORM - A delegation of the National Space Agency (NSA) of Kazakhstan headed by the deputy chairman of Kazkosmos Meirbek Moldabekov at the invitation of the Netherlands Space Office, and with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Netherlands visited a number of small and medium enterprises in the outer profile of the Netherlands, the press service of Kazkosmos reports.

The schedule of the delegation, composed of experts of NSA, "National Center for Space Research and Technology" JSC, "NC"Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary" JSC, was very tight: during a 3-day visit the representatives of Kazkosmos saw 8 enterprises, including ISIS, Dutch Space, Cosine Research, SSBV and Bradford Engineering.

Kazakh experts acquainted with the products produced by enterprises within scientific research, design work and commercial production of industrial products.

As the head of the delegation, Deputy Chairman of Kazkosmos Meirbek Moldabekov says, at the end of his working visit to the Netherlands there was reached an agreement on the exchange of scientific information, taking practical training by Kazakh specialists of space companies in the Netherlands. They also spoke about the supply of component parts without intermediaries for Kazakh spacecraft that will be produced at the Astana assembly-test facility.

Kazkosmos delegation noted the special innovation atmosphere, as well as business and technical openness of Dutch companies, the press service of Kazakhstan's space agency informs.
