Kazgeology JSC, Dando Drilling International to cooperate in manufacture of drilling rigs

ASTANA. July 1. KAZINFORM National exploration company "Kazgeology" JSC, "KAZNEX INVEST Agency" JSC and British Dando Drilling International Ltd. have signed a memorandum of cooperation today, Kazinform has learnt from Kazgeology's press service.
Inked at the Kazakh-British Business Forum at the Palace of Independence in Astana, the memorandum will ensure the creation of a manufacture of drilling rigs in Kazakhstan as well as the establishment and development of business cooperation in the sphere of exploration works.
Dando Drilling International has over 140 years experience of designing and manufacturing drilling rigs and equipment for a wife range of sectors.
"Cooperation with Dando Drilling International Ltd. will be maintained through separate agreements made within this memorandum," the statement says.
