?KazEnergy? Coordination Council holds session

ASTANA. June 5. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Three working groups in the field of oil and gas were established at the regular session of the ?KazEnergy? Coordination Council on the issues of education, personnel training and human resources management.
?Taking into account the size of megaprojects realized in the republic, the country will soon enter the top 20 biggest world's oil producers. And we all have particular obligations on development of necessary skills in the republic?, Chairman of the Council Peter Dranfield noted.
P.Dranfield proposed to establish three working groups. ?Issues of technical standards that can differ in ministries, companies and other organizations are discussed now. In this regard the main purpose of the first group will be valuation of the current situation: availability of personnel, needs for the nearest couple of years. We would know better how the technical education is held in Kazakhstan?, the Chairman said.
The second working group will work on the issues of development of Kazakhstan's content. The third group was charged to study the effectiveness of work of the system, issuing permits for attraction of foreign labor to the sphere.
