Kazakhstan’s Toxanbayeva grabs silver at Asian Championships in Japan

Kazakhstan’s athletics team won a medal at the Asian Race Walking Championships in Nomi, Japan, Qazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.
Yasmina Toxanbayeva of Kazakhstan placed second in the half marathon distance, clocking a time of 1:37:17.
Zhang Ting of China won the gold medal with a time of 1:36:18, while her compatriot Liu Haiyan took bronze in 1:38:45.
Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported that Team Kazakhstan has finished the Asian Athletics Championships with a total of seven medals.
