Kazakhstan’s tennis player Alexander Bublik was knocked out by world No. 10 Andrey Rublev in the first round of the 2025 Qatar ExxonMobil Open in Doha, Qatar, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.
The Russian tennis player defeated Bublik with a score of 6:3, 6:4. The match lasted one hour and twelve minutes.
During the match, Andrey Rublev served six times, made three double faults and converted three out of 5 break points. Kazakhstan's top tennis player recorded 11 serves, four double faults, and successfully converted one out of 3 break points.
As reported earlier, Alexander Shevchenko of Kazakhstan has cruised into the second round of the ATP Rio Open 2025 in Brazil.
