Kazakhstanis won 9 medals at int'l boxing tournament China Open-2011

ASTANA. June 6. KAZINFORM 12 athletes of the Kazakh national team won nine medals - three gold, two silver and four bronze ones - at the international boxing tournament China Open-2011.
146 representatives of 19 countries took part in the competitions, the press release of the Kazakhstan Boxing Federation reads.
The Kazakhstani boxers won eight medals in men's nine weight categories. Samat Bashenov (60 kg), Daniyar Yeleussinov (64 kg), Nurdaulet Zharmanov (75 kg) got gold medals, Askar Abdullayev (81 kg), Doszhan Ospanov (+91 kg) - silver ones, Nurbol Kalzhanov (56 kg), Bakhytzhan Kozhabekov (69 kg) and Alexander Gulevsky (91 kg) - bronze medals.
Moreover, our Kazakhstanis performed at women's three weight categories. Zhaina Shekerbekova (51 kg) won a bronze medal.
