Kazakhstanis to enjoy warm November

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Gradual warming with increase in air temperature expected in early November, Kazhydromet reported.
According to preliminary forecast, the first two decades of November are expected to be warm. Classic winter with the onset of stable snow cover will occur in the third decade of November. In early November air temperature will reach +2 +10°C and +8 +18°C in the south and south-east of the country. This temperature is 3-8 degrees above normal.
