Kazakhstanis should be proud of what their country achieved during independence period: H.Clinton

ALMATY. December 2. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ The results of the first day of the OSCE Summit in Astana show that it is successful - heads of delegations admit that Kazakhstan today is an actively developing democratic state. President of the Kazakh Businesswomen Association Raushan Sarsembayeva told it to a Kazinform correspondent.
"On the eve of the OSCE Summit U.S. State Secretary Hillary Clinton held a meeting with representatives of the civil society and with us - leaders of women NGOs. This was my sixth personal meeting with her. Outstanding American politician highly appraised development of the women movement in Kazakhstan", R.Sarsembayeva said.
She also noted that H.Clinton complimented Kazakhstan's development and noted that Kazakhstanis should value and be proud of what the country achieved in a short period of its independence.
