Kazakhstani Denis Yevseyev, ranked 184th in the world, failed in the 2024 Australian Open qualification round, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.
Yevseyev lost to Ukrainian Vitaliy Sachko, world no.169, 2-6, 5-7 in the first round of the 2024 Australian Open qualifying. The match between the two lasted for one hour and 35 minutes.
During the match, the Kazakhstani hit two aces, made three double faults, and saved one break point of six.
