Kazakhstani tennis player loses 11 spots in updated ATP Doubles Rankings
Alexander Bublik of Kazakhstan preserved his sport in the updated ATP Singles Rankings this week, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.
Bublik is currently ranked 27th, while Alexander Shevchenko who recently switched under the Kazakhstani flag plummeted 11 spots down to land the 59th line of the ATP Singles Rankings.
Kazakhstani Denis Yevseyev moved 8 spots up to earn the 176th line. Another Kazakhstani Beibit Zhukayev climbed four spots and is now placed 189th.
Nothing has changed in the top 10 of the ATP Singles Rankings topped by Serbian Novak Djokovic. Coming in second is Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz. Russian Daniil Medvedev and Italian Jannik Sinner are ranked 4th and 5th, accordingly after their epic Australian Open final in Melbourne.
Indian Rohan Bopanna and Aussie Matthew Ebden dominate the ATP Doubles Rankings this week after lifting the 2024 Australian Open doubles title.
Both Kazakhstanis Aleksandr Nedovyesov and Andrey Golubev plunged in the ATP Doubles Rankings, sliding to 48th and 64th spots, respectively.
