The WTT Youth Contender Sulaymaniyah 2024 table tennis tournament has ended in Iraq, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.

Kazakhstani Sarvinoz Mirkadirova secured gold medal in the U-19 category.

She defeated Fatimah Mousa with a score of 3-0, Yekta Adibian with a score of 3-2, Zahraa Taher with a score of 3-0, Atena Zahirifar with a score of 3-0, and Elina Rahimi scoring 3-1 in the semifinals.

In the final round, Mirkadirova beat Indian Taneesha Kotecha with a score of 3-1.
