Kazakhstani gymnast Milad Karimi advances to final at Baku World Cup

The 2025 FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup kicked off in Baku, Azerbaijan, with three athletes from Kazakhstan’s team advancing to the finals, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.
Milad Karimi secured a spot in the final, finishing first in the floor exercise qualification, scoring 13.833 points.
Dmitriy Potanin and Ilyas Azizov are set to compete for medals in the pommel horse event. Azizov secured the third place in qualification with 13.400 points, while Potanin finished fifth with 12.800 points.
The finals of the 2025 FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup will start on March 8.
As reported earlier, Kazakhstan's trampoline gymnastics team has claimed silver at the first international tournament of the new season.
