Kazakhstan’s Nazym Kyzaibay advanced to the quarterfinal of the women’s 50kg boxing event at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Kazakhstani boxer Nazym Kyzaibay beat her rival from Brazil Caroline de Almeida, a 2023 Pan American Games champion, in the women’s 50kg event in Round of 16 at the ongoing Olympic Games in Paris. Thus, Kazakhstan’s Nazym Kyzaibay advanced to the quarterfinal.
Earlier, Kazakhstan’s Nazym Kyzaibay defeated Giordana Sorrentino of Italy in the women’s 50kg of the Paris Games Round of 32.
