Boxer Sagyndyk Togambay of Kazakhstan advanced to the 92kg semifinal at the ongoing Asian Games, Kazinform cites Sports.kz.
Sagyndyk Togambay of Kazakhstan claimed an early win over Iran’s Toufan Sharifi in the 92kg boxing event of the tournament, thus securing at least a bronze medal.
The 2023 Asian Games are set to run through October 8.
Earlier it was reported that Kazakhstani swimmer Adilbek Mussin had claimed his second bronze at the ongoing Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China.
