Kazakhstani border guard prevented smuggling of medicines from China

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Border Guard of Kazakhstan prevented smuggling of medicines from China to Kazakhstan, the press service of the Border Guard of the NSC of Kazakhstan informs.
"A 25-year old woman, citizen of Kazakhstan, was detained on the Kazakh-Chinese border by the border patrol of "Khogos" checkpoint. She tried to smuggle medicines from China to Kazakhstan with the total weight of 80 kg," the statement released by the Border Guard reads. The criminal case against a 25-year-old violating the law was initiated.
